Had a great experience with Keen Irrigation. Colten was very helpful and friendly getting everything set up, and Jared came out and fixed my sprinkler system quickly and professionally. A fantastic experience meeting Colten Keen!! I had a problem with an error message on one station of my sprinkler system. I was searching for help and someone recommended Keen Precision Irrigation. I called Mr. Keen (Colten) and he was very courteous and professional. Long story short......Colten came by, and, after looking at my controller, he said that the problem was likely a resistor on the valve of the problem station. He was correct, and solved the problem quickly. Then, he opened all my inground valves and checked the wiring......re-doing many to clean up some "messes". Then, he checked a large pop-up sprinkler head in my flower bed......it was cracked and had been wasting water for a year. Colten said he would be back around noon the next day to make the repair as it should be done. He is a man of his word. His price for all the digging (in mud) and making my repairs was IMO.....not enough. I will never have any concerns about my system again.........he warrants his work for six months. I think that I will sign up for his annual system checkup. It is a pleasure to give Mr. Keen a VERY STRONG RECCOMENDATION !!!! Hap Peterson

I called King precision irrigation this past week due to my sprinklers not sprinkling. They came out the next day, promptly diagnosed the issue, and replaced the faulty part. They tested every zone before they left. Turned out the new part failed overnight. I called them back and they promptly came out again and put another part in it. Fixed it that time. I appreciate their prompt response on both occasions and the fact that they fixed and corrected the failed new part so quickly. Would absolutely do business with them again and highly recommend.
